Just a thought..

Turbo Tax has always been easy to complete and time saving by entering information from the previous year automatically. This ensures my information gets entered correctly when age might cause unwanted errors.
What's great about it: I liked the reminders of previous information to help me.
What's not so great: I did NOT like having to purchase something I really did not want--Audit Defense.....

First time to import data

The return was just transmitted, so can't comment on final outcome--hoping for a problem-free refund. I have avoided the import process in the past, but this year I decided to go ahead and try it. It worked fine. Interview questions about the RMD this year were confusing; why not just ask the user to enter both actual distribution and RMD amounts, instead of asking (yes/no) whether the actual amt was all or part of the RMD?
What's great about it: Easy interview process
What's not so great: No tutorial for first-time users

I though that the program every year gets better and better. I just think some of the questions are almost misleading if you dont understand them. But I love this program and will recommend it to all my friends. Fast easy and the calculator to keep you on the edge of your seat.
What's great about it: step by step process
What's not so great: some wording is hard to understand
