Great idea!!!

I have been using TurboTax for the past 3 years. Still very satisfied with the software and the idea of preparing my own tax returns.
What's great about it: Convenience of doing at home at my leisure
What's not so great: So far, no cons

Turbo Tax Pro?

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I have taken my forms to an accountant and he told me I don't need him. I love that everything is automatically transferred even from year to year and that it does all your work for the state.
What's great about it: Covers Everything!
What's not so great: Sometimes not enough information

Easy Refund

I don't have a lot of things to itemize so for me this is pretty easy. I like knowing the amount I can deduct regarding medical expenses and dental expenses.
What's great about it: Secure and easy to follow
What's not so great: Non I can think of

Overall very satisfied. Free state efiling would be a wonderful inclusion on the program.
What's great about it: The program walked us through the filing, step-by-step. It asked us questions to clarify what it needed to know.
What's not so great: It only allowed one state to be processed. Having multiple state returns would have been much better.

Effective program

This year's program, unlike last year's, correctly retrieved all the information from the prior year's form. The outline of the boxes in which to type information could have been more distinct. In some cases I failed to insert the information in the proper box because I did not see the box. Of course, it could be that my screen setting was too bright. In general, the program instructions were excellent.
What's great about it: Smooth prgress through most items
What's not so great: Some items for home office expenses had to be added manually

What's great about it: The detailed step by step assistance
What's not so great: Would like ability to print supprting worksheets as I complete them.

I've used Turbo Tax for over 15 years and am happy with the outcomes and accuracy of the information. It's convenient, safe and quick. I've recommended Turbo Tax to others and even had it checked last year by a local firm. The figures were correct, so I'm happy to let Turbo Tax do all the heavy lifting.
