I have used TurboTax for many years and will continue in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to use and easy to file

It would be handy to be able to print CA State return without printing Fed return again. I guess this can be done by printing individual forms but an option to do this would be nice.
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is the easiest way to file your taxes. It's step by step guidance is extremely simple to follow. It's as if some one is holding your hand through the entire process.

I would like to be able to enter single medical deductions (such as each prescription cost) as you go and have it compute the final total, rather than have to add each subtotal category separately, note it, and then enter.
What's great about it: Very easy to understand and fast to complete.
What's not so great: Individual totals as you enter them
