Turbo tax is a customer friendly program and once you have used it and get familiar with it, you can process your income tax pretty quickly on your own.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow

This was the first year my wife started a business with a friend (partnership) which made the return a little more difficult and caused us to have to pay estimated taxes for 2013 (another first).
Still highly recommend this product and will continue to use
What's great about it: Easy to use. Completes all the steps produces all the forms and then some
What's not so great: I found looking up information to answer my questions not easy

Limited e-file of returns

With a large family, Turbo Tax did not allow me to e-file all of their returns.
What's great about it: simple to use
What's not so great: unable to electronic file all family memebers federal returns

Easy as pie

I have used Turbo tax for several years now and am always pleased with this painless way to do my taxes. I save tons of money over using an accountant and it takes not much more time to do. The prompts for using every possible deductible is better than my CPA ever was.
What's great about it: So easy even my mom could do it
What's not so great: none that I could find
Pros: I bought or sold investments

This program seems to over complicate the process. I used to hand prepare taxes for a living and this method just drives me crazy. It has help fields that don't really answer the simplest of questions but send you off to another website.
The terminology in the program is not the same as the terminology on the W2's which then makes me feel confused and like I am doing something wrong.
What's great about it: Efiling is the biggest Pro.
What's not so great: yes no buttons placement keeps changing
