Turbo Tax is really easy to use and a hole lot less expensive than going to a tax professional.
What's great about it: It walks you through step-by-step and offers explinations.

Never mind the pros, do it yourself with this!
What's great about it: Loved the detailed topics
What's not so great: Had miscellaneous charitable contributions that it would not let me add to my return (raffles, bake sales, etc.)

What's great about it: takes you through everything step by step. Prompts you to go back and check .
What's not so great: Still a lot of jargon and some explanations that need explaining themselves

We have used turbotax for the last 6 years and love it. I would not use another product. I love the step by step approach. VERY thorough and will not let me forget steps.
