Easy to understand

Computer accidently turned off while doing taxes. It was easy to get back on and continue.
What's great about it: Can easily change if you make mistake

Seemed more confusing than last year

I have used turbotax for five years now and this year it seemed a bit more confusing. Some of the help windows did not work and it did nto automatically take you through all the screens like in years past.
What's great about it: help windows
What's not so great: some of the help windows did not load properly

TurboTax Deluxe was so easy to use, it guides you step-by-step throughout the entire fax form you can't miss.
If you miss, you can go back to any section and add or change your information.

I recommended it all my friends and family and the reponses have been positive. They never knew doing their taxes was so easy. We'll never use anything thing else.

Easy Breezy

I have been using TT for many years, and have always breezed through my taxes. The Step-by-Step makes it easy to input all of the information. I am sold for a lifetime.
What's great about it: Always makes sure I find everything I can deduct
What's not so great: Somethine hard to find unique forms, like K-1 partnerships

Easy to use, as always. I've been using this product for over 15 years. I think too many offers to "upgrade' are added, as well as more 'cartoons' to the tax software. Otherwise, I always enjoy using this product.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: too many frills (animation not related to tax computations)

wishing for less taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for to past 15 years. Whe I use an account I did not get any more back and he was very expensive. I find it is made simple every year
What's great about it: In general easy to use
What's not so great: state tax filing fee is a little too high
