Set it up - knocked it down

My friends and I annually debate the merits of TurboTax by either utilizing the online version or purchasing the software. In either case it seems to be a wash cost-wise and all are happy with their choice in TurboTax. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Ease of navigation through the software
What's not so great: Constant updates every time the software is accessed

What I didn't know was easy to find through the search key. Loved the import of W-2 forms. Was recommended by an accountant.

Filing Made Easy

I really am glad you listened to your clients. It was evident in the set up of options available. There were more this year than in the past. I also found the help to be more helpful than before. In the past, explanations were so grey they were almost black. This year, they appeared to be more precise and less general.
What's great about it: Was easy to navigate, clear and precise, more flexible than in the past, more options than before

Year after year i have used Turbo Tax in conjunction with quicken. Although not every year was fun due to financials, investments and gains these two programs gave me the power and confidence to work efficiently and confidently (redundant sorry) with our financials. Thank You!!
What's great about it: As my years have changed and so has Turbo Tax
What's not so great: Ahhh let me think NONE!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

The "uncheck estimate" command is hidden in the Edit selection on the command bar. The command bar looks like it is not associated with Turbo Tax but with other software. This should be corrected to be part of Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use for the most part
What's not so great: Difficult to clear "estimated" info from 1099-R
