Generally it is adequate. As I said above some entries are not accepted because it does not affect taxes, ie.e medical expenses, tax prep, etc. nice if it displayed a message stating this.
What's not so great: if entry does not affect taxes and will not be included, I would like it to display a message with reaons

What's great about it: EASE OF USE
What's not so great: PRINTING/ TRANSMITTING IS BULKY

Great software. I have been using this software for years. Easy to use, steps you through the labyrinthine process of tax returns. There is no other way I would file my returns.Thank you TurboTax

I've been using turbotax since about 2009 and I've always been satisfied. Not only do I do my taxes, but I do my mother and brother's as well. Well worth the purchase.

2012 Tax Return Experience

I enjoy using Turbo Tax; however, as I use it there are many area where I feel someone who does not understand accounting/investment/tax terminolgy would be guessing what to provide. Perhaps it would be beneficial for there to at least be an online "bulletin board" they could post questions to, if not a live chat capability.
What's great about it: Great tool for knowledgeable individual
What's not so great: Probably many guesses for someone without understanding of the tax process or terminology

Love Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have recommended it many, many times. It is very easy to follow. They seem to cover all the bases. And if you need more info there are good references. Not only is it easy to use but is is much cheaper than using a tax preparer. I am shocked to hear what people pay to have a simple return done. Thanks for provided such a easy to use, much needed product.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow and much, much cheaper than having a preparer do it.
