Soooo Easy

Have been using TurboTax since it came on 5.25" floppies (late 1980's, I think). Gets easier each year.
What's great about it: Fast, no brainer
What's not so great: State filing fee too high

Great, great product

I used to have to take a day off of work to do my taxes. Now I can do it in bits and pieces and spend a fraction of the time doing the taxes.
What's great about it: Taxes made easy - things just flow!
What's not so great: A little more access to explanations of terms

I stopped paying a CPA years ago. Got frustrated by how much I was paying per year. Started using Turbo Tax 3 years ago and have been very pleased every time.

Great tax tool!!

Great tax tool. It's like a tax advisor is beside you helping/guiding you all the way. Tax preparation never been the same!
What's great about it: Saves you time, money, and effort. Gives you ease of preparing your tax return.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

On more technical questions, it doesn't always provide "help" - especially on the state download product.
What's great about it: great product for simple returns, especially if you know what items need to be completed.

Easy.
What's great about it: It is easy. I like the option of doing it myself or a guided process.
What's not so great: Some instructions are not quite clear (especially when it is flagging me that there is an error.
