Great Experience

Makes doing your taxes not so unbearable! Feel more confident when filing with the guided / step-by-step instructions and the error checks. I also like knowing that if I can stuck or have a questions, I can "chat" with someone and get assistance!

Turbo Tax Makes Taxes Easy

I have self employment income, and there is only one thing that Turbo Tax made difficult. It would not allow me to go back to my business expenses and review the detail or make corrections.
What's great about it: Steps You Through Every Step

I have been using turbo tax for about 10 years. I obvious love it or I wouldn't continue to use it. This product is affordable and easy to use. I recommend it when asked.
What's great about it: Easy to use product
What's not so great: No longer able to go to actual return and adjust if needed

Slaying the Dragon

As usual, Turbo Tax made my battle with taxes quick and easy. Being able to import my information from last year is a huge time saver. Even though I've used TurboTax for years, I still use the "Guide Me" option because I like to be thorough and everything gets covered. The extra fees are annoying but a necessary evil to cover the cost of the services, I suppose. It is still cheaper than paying someone else to do it for me.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: more fees

Surprisingly, I was able to knock it out and file in just a few hours. Surprising, because everything (receipts, W-2's, etc.) was just thrown in a box with no rhyme or reason. E-filing was a breeze. Thanks Turbo!

You have changed a simple print process into a convoluted mess when trying to get a hard copy. Why do we need to dump a useless redundant "PDF opener" onto my computer to be removed? What happened to a simple print button from prior years?
