Let the good time roll

I have used TurboTax for the past 6 years and I love it. I never had any trouble to follow the online prompts and easy instructions. The online community is great and informations seems to come from everywhere. I will continue to use this program and recommend it to others. Reguards
What's great about it: As with every year I use TurboTax it was a breeze. I'll be back.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

I always paid a lot of fees to the Tax preparers but this year I decided to use Turbo Tax and surely surprised with excellent outcome. Needless to say that the phone support and the expertise in helping me complete my Tax return was EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this for of preparing your taxes.
What's great about it: Professionalism
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I LIKE IT THEY PUT FACES OF ACTUAL PEOPLE ON THERE THIS TIME. ALSO ADDED COLOR ON THE TAX FORM LOOKS GOOD!

So so this year

I've use TT for over 10 years and always gave it a top rating. This year was the first time I ever had a problem. A few more links between the state return and the federal would have resolved the issue. Even a comparison page showing the federal vs state inputs. Customer service was helpful, but I wanted to submit an error which occurred among several with similar issues. Customer service stated there was no way to report a specific issue, it's done only through looking at trends.
What's great about it: Imports from last year and other locations
What's not so great: Tie-in to State report was off

Continues to be simple and easy

I've used Turbo Tax for over 5 years and I love it. I still don't understand why people pay hundreds of dollars to Tax preparation stores that just walk through the same type of screens that Turbo Tax presents.
What's great about it: Holds your hand every step of the way, easy to use
What's not so great: Needs an automatic backup to the cloud
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good product, have used it for many years. I have encouraged family members to use.
What's great about it: easy to use, step by step descriptions
What's not so great: It checks for updates prior to submission, even after you updated software on the same day
