I have used Turbo tax for over 10 years. Even when I used a CPA service I would run the numbers using your product. Very pleased with it's ease of loading information and filing.
What's great about it: Ease of the software
What's not so great: not much.... great product

I don't care for the way investments are handled. One has to be an English language PhD to interpret the language the IRS uses.
I hope you guys continue trying to simplify the directions/rules and requirements so we can get
more comfortable filing our data.

VERY User Friendly for People Unfriendly with Math

Easy steps to follow for beginners. Also, gives detailed information for more advanced users. Wide range of skill levels can use this program without any hassles. Impressive !
What's great about it: Easy to Use & Understand. Especially for non-math people. Very visual. MORE info & Research is provided.
What's not so great: I emailed a question on the Help menu and never heard back.

We have used turbo tax Since 1995 and have had no issues with the IRS. The one year we were audited was the year we allowed a CPA to do our return. There's a lot of programs out there but like quick books, I refuse to change.
What's great about it: Always easy to navigate and correct

Great product

Great for nearly everything. Getting easier each year. This year added some city tax forms that are reasonably helpful (and will likely get better).
The area that really needs work is the mortgage interest area. This is difficult to figure out, and would be greatly helped by navigation aids. This interest cap has been around for several years now, so Turbo Tax needs to address this.
What's great about it: Easy navigation--actually getting better every year
What's not so great: Still a couple places that send you to IRS forms rather than guiding you through, such as mortgage interest.area.
