Easy and Simple

I have used Turbo Tax for many years but have not used e-file because was leary of the process. This year I decided to take the plunge and it was simple and easy. Now I just have to wait for the confirmation and watch my bank statement to see if the payments were made on time.
I love Turbo Tax and have gotten my daughter, two grand daughters and grand son to file their taxes with Turbo Tax. We like the process and will continue to use it in the future.I recommend it to everyone who asks how I file my taxes.

I love TurboTax!

It really is a great program for those who know what they're doing. Sometimes the explanations aren't quite specific enough and you have to get extra help, but all in all, it's the program out there.
What's great about it: Easy to use! Covers everything!
What's not so great: Program can be a little quirky

Gets the job done

I have used Turbo Tax over the last 10+ years and have found it to be very convenient and useful. Allows me to work at my pace and as mentioned to switch between detailed form/worksheet views and the standard interview style views.
I do think that the overall journey can be significantly optimized further. There are a lot of questions that are irrelevant based on my age, marital status and past financials and the program can do a better job of predicting those and shortening the interview.
Other than that - an excellent product. Cross-checked many of the calculations and did not find issues.
What's great about it: Forms access when needed, step-by-step interview when not.
What's not so great: Still too long. Turbo Tax has my history of prior filings, and I am sure the process can be optimized significantly

Helped an old lady

I found Turbo Tax easy to use. This year I had unusual circumstances and I found the program helped me through with appropriate questions and answers. I do not like gathering all the info and taking it to an accountant and not understanding my deductions. With TT itn is a learning experience!
What's great about it: Allowed me to revisit sites along the way
What's not so great: Hard to get help on phone-long wait.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Solid experience yet again

Would recommend to anyone. I have a part-time consulting business & Turbo Tax Deluxe gets me through every year.
What's great about it: Have used Turbox Tax for years. Always a solid experience.
What's not so great: If errors are found, TT sometimes doesn't provide enough info to help you figure out how to resolve error.
