First time using, but my preparer last year used TurboTax. Would have been nice if last years return showed up this year regardless of who did it if they used TurboTax.

PDF problem

I have been using Turbotax for years but was disappoint that everything had to be printed by PDF. I realize in years past there was no problem with PDF but lately I have been having problems with it.
I wish there was another way to print other than PDF.
What's great about it: Its easy to use

The US Tax code is extremely complicated and difficult to understand. Turbo Tax is extremely helpful in making the tax filing process as quick and easy as it can be done. I like the guided flow and the explanations of many of the tax categories. There are some categories where Turbo Tax refers you to the US Tax code publications. Some of these are hard to understand.
All in all a great product!
What's great about it: Guided flow
What's not so great: Some catagories are not clearly defined.

Turbo tax has made it easy for me to do my own taxes saving me hundreds of dollars that I would have to pay a preparer!! I just follow along with turbo taxes easy instructions and BOOM!! I'm DONE!!

Great product, especially for the cost. It would be nice to be able to call up the actual forms in a pop up when working in the software.
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate and thorough
What's not so great: I would have liked to see more explanations in the other expenses
