So easy - a six-year-old can do it!

I've been using TurboTax for the past nine years and felt good about how easy and accurate my returns are done each year. With the automatic carry-over from the previous year - an option you select, my life and time filing is rather enjoyable - especially the way TurboTax assists me in maximizing my deductions and credits - it all ads up to a bigger refund of my hard earned money. After all, I only want to pay my fair share of taxes - no more than my fair share of taxes - and TurboTax ensures this is the case - year after year and I am very thankful.
What's great about it: Step by step - holding your hand every step of the way kind of good.
What's not so great: I've come across not one.

We've used TurboTax for many years now and are always pleased with the ease of use and the comprehensiveness of the program.

My only request, "con", would be that there were more companies that the tax forms were automatically downloaded for. I have used TurboTax (TT) to do a handful of different returns each year for 6 or 7 years and have yet come across one single W2 or 1099 that would auto upload. There are some very common, national companies I need to extract infor from too. Otherwise TT has been a lifesaver and kept my tax prep money in my pocket. Thank you for a great product.

Good Refund

I find your program easy to use. Not all items are self explainary when it comes to the difference between Line 5, 9b and the medical insurances. I worked for the Postal Service and I am not sure if line 5 is what the Postal Service contributed for my insurance or is it interest earned on the money i paid over the years toward my retirement. It's a bit confusing.

I have used TurboTax for at least 5 years now, and it get easier and faster every year! They do a great job of enhancing the product every year.
What's great about it: Easy to go through & great access to explanations
What's not so great: Some area are more confusing

Really liked the option of being guided or going on my own. The print review allowed me to print just the pages I wanted, while keeping the return and the supporting documents available in the file. Good price too.
What's great about it: Very smooth, fast and accurate
What's not so great: Kept asking about state return. Florida has no income tax.
