Very Fast and easy

The feature I loved most was the ability to pay for turbotax within the app store. I got my taxes done in 30 minutes.
What's great about it: very easy to file, quick to do, pay using the app store
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 5 years and have found it easy to use and understand.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand...
What's not so great: Wasn't able to retrieve my prior year taxes even following the instructions.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I bought a new car, bu couldnt find any was to add the sales tax to my sales tax number.
had energy credit 2011 year for windows and doors. in 2112 added high efficiency gas furnace and had no where to enter that. Online help is very poor.
What's great about it: simple taxes are easy
What's not so great: confusing on sales tax and home energy credits

THE LANGUAGE FOR THE ENTRY FOR LINE 33 OF THE IOWA RETURN IS NOT CLEAR. IT SHOULD STATE THAT IT INCLUDES ANY ADDITIONAL FEDERAL TAX PAID FOR THE PRIOR YEAR AND JUST ABOUT ESTIMATES.
THE QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO THE FEDERAL FORM 1098-T ARE CONFUSING. FOR EXAMPLE, IT ASKS FOR THE VETERANS FEDERAL ASSISTANCE, BUT IF THE AMOUNT IS NOT ON THE FROM 1098-T, THEN THE RESULTS SHOWN ON THE RETURN ARE IN ERROR DUE TO HAVING TO ENTER THE AMOUNT AS A SEPARATE ENTRY.
What's not so great: WHY TO LONG TO GET A TELEPHONE ANSWERED AND PEOPLE WERE NOT KNOWAGEABLE TO ANSWER

I used to use TurboTax for several years. I left last year for a less expensive version. This is easier to use so I'm back. Enough said!!!

2012 GETTING MORE COMPLICATED

Was surprised to have to pay to e-file state when we thought an e-file was included in original cost.
Liked the accuracy guarantee.
What's great about it: 1. handled more complex issues reasonably. 2. side bar summary of all forms was helpful.
What's not so great: 1. never could get forms to print while iin turbotax. had to save and open with excel.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
