Turbo tax is very easy to use. I have used it 3 years in a row now and been totally satisfied!
What's great about it: Easy to use, not intimidating, able to do more than one return with one disc
What's not so great: Nothing!

Easy as 1-2-3

The product downloads last year's date letting you know if you might be missing info for this year. The easy to follow step by step process informs; reminds and questions items that I should be looking at or should be exploring. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is willing to do their taxes.
What's great about it: Last years data downloaded; easy to use step by step process
What's not so great: Some explanations vague, i.e. RRB-1099-R simplified method

Overall Turbo Tax is very easy to use, I have been using it since 1997.
What's great about it: It was very easy to use and I was finished within less than 2hrs.
What's not so great: When updating files it did not return me to my forms. I had to reopen, restart, Turbo Tax. No big deal.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
