Streamlined Filing

I have used turbotax for many years even when it had another name. I have always been pleased. I would suggest a DE-INSTALL after it's all done. Save my data for next year, but automatically, auto-magically remove the software!
What's great about it: Flexibility - could move about to what I knew I had to do.
What's not so great: Payment -- Just take a credit card simply

Very Easy

This is the first year I used TurboTax and I will keep using it! I thought it was very helpful and easy to use.
What's great about it: It gave step by step instructions on what I had to do....
What's not so great: There were two spots that I could not click for an explanation.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love that I got a refund.

Turbo Tax is great and I would recommend it to anyone who is wants to know if they are entitled to a bigger refund.
What's great about it: It made taxes so understandable.
What's not so great: There was some things that I still did not understand.

Terrific, As Always!

I always recommend turbotax to my friends/family, it couldn't be more straight forward. My taxes are done in a few hours and I can review easily at my leisure before sending.
The audit alert and the review for errors ease my mind and keep my mistakes to a minimum.
I've also had to do an amended tax return one year and it was SO easy with turbotax!!
What's great about it: easy step-by-step instructions and its easy to review what you've already done by exploring on your own.
What's not so great: it's taxes....

Over all I really like using Turbo Tax, It is the only tax preperations software I have ever used. I started using it when first came out in the 1990's. I have always done my own taxe, started using a computer the mid 1980's. To me the best feature is being able to inport my data from the provious year. I know I could do that with other programs but I don't have learn a new format.
What's great about it: Turbotax is thorough and easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes i don't like seeing running total

ease of use was great. got some what confused when asked to pay for submitting state tax. didn't quite understand why it couldn't be deducted from a refund. finally figured it out and was good to go. great product.
What's great about it: wonderfuly easy to use
What's not so great: a bit confusing to submit payment for state tax

Fast and easy. Explains deductions and helps you to know if you qualify or not. Makes it convenient to file electronically if you choose to do so.
