OUTSTANDING SOFTWARE!

I worked for H&R Block for eight years. I quit this year because of my day job. No, I'm not a plumber. Turbo Tax is a much better product than what is used in the H&R Block office. I felt more confident with Turbo Tax than H&R Block's software. I would strongly encourage friends and family to use Turbo Tax instead of using any seasonal tax prep service.
What's great about it: Covered deductions and credits very clearly.
What's not so great: absolutely nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Does It

I have been using Turbo Tax since the 1990's and wouldn't think of switching to any other tax program. It has been great seeing the improvements made each year to make it easier.
In the mid '90's I was bought out of a business with a five-year buyout. Turbo Tax made filing my taxes so easy by maintaining all the pertinent information from year to year.
What's great about it: Quick and easy

Refund Masters!

I have been using turbo tax for 10 years and have never had a problem. I love that it is so easy to use and I get my refund back SO fast. Thank you turbo tax!
What's great about it: Super quick and EASY. Step by Step even a kid could do it! and did I say EASY!
What's not so great: NONE! None at all!

2012 taxes

Quick and easy to do, but there seems to be a charge for everything, extra money for state return, extra money to do a direct deposit, etc. The direct deposit charge seems extreme for what is being done, since there is less work there than if I were to get a check and deposit it myself.
What's great about it: quick and easy

Turbo Tax works very well for me.
What's great about it: Program seemed easier to use this year. Questions were worded better and filing was faster.
What's not so great: Print menu was somewhat confusing.

Excellent Product

Great product have used it for approximately 10 years, and have always found it easy to use and very user friendly. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with basic filing requirements.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, walks you through all areas
What's not so great: Some confusion but this is to be expected
