dissappointed at loss of comparison

overall a good product but the lack of a last year to this year comparison was a disappointing feature removal.
What's great about it: easy to use and follow
What's not so great: Side by side comparison of last year's detail lines to this years is missing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easiest way to do our patriotic duty

I have no complaints at all. We have been using Turbo Tax for at least five years and it has really helped us list all items in income and credits. Things you would not even consider if it did not guide so well.
What's great about it: List last years information, saves time.
What's not so great: Still had to pay!

Have used for years

Before turbotax, I filed my own 1040. I like the fact that turbotax is keeping up to date on tax laws so I don't have to research it on my own. I always use the interview process to file in order to ensure that I am getting the most refund possible.
What's great about it: Easy interview questions take you step by step through the process

Very good product. Highly recommend.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and use.
What's not so great: During review process, make sure all adjustments are. Don't wait until filing to find errors.

Easy to enter

Overall my experience with turbo tax was good this year. importing files and charitable donations w ebay support was very easy. I did have an issue with not being able to link a form which led to some issues with customer service and windows8.
What's great about it: importing files
What's not so great: windows 8 support was difficult

each year the software gets beter. This has to be the best. I will keep coming back as long as the price stays reasonable.
What's great about it: quick and easy, gets better every year.
What's not so great: asked for employer state when none exists on SS

Still my first choice

While the Easy Guide does step you through the process, it often left me confused with questions I could not find the definition of. I also found that when you edited an item, TT did not necessarily walk you through all the steps that it used when you originally input it.
I like the review process at the end. For example, it identified some lines in Charitable deductions where it was looking for data. However, there was nothing to input and it would not let me by-pass them. I had to delete the Charity and re-enter it from scratch to fix the problem.
On balance, though, I still feel comfortable in using TT.
