What's great about it: Comprehensive, secure, integrated
What's not so great: Search engine not as effective as everything else

Easy to Use

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. It gets better every year. Simple, very informative in common language (just wish the tax code people could speak and write like this). It is inexpensive and let's me do my taxes in a couple hours. I would recommend this to anyone.
What's great about it: Easy to use, informative, getting better each year
What's not so great: Lots of stuff I don't need or use but it's better to be safe than sorry

All in all, filing was somewhat easy.
What's great about it: Transferral of previous years info for easier filing.
What's not so great: A little bit more complicated this time around.

Loved the service

We have used Turbo Tax for many years now. This is the first year that I helped fill out the forms. Easy to use, walked me through the all the areas that I need.
What's great about it: Easy to fill out all of the sections that I needed.
What's not so great: none
