Made taxes a breeze

I have used turbo tax for the past several years and have found it very convenient to use, and it helps me complete my taxes quickly and easily. This year was one the "latest" starts, and in one weekend I was able to get my taxes completed before the IRS Deadline
What's great about it: Easy to download, and easy to complete my taxes, even with my busy schedule.
What's not so great: Want the software to ask questions that are clearer as to what expenses and reimbursements may apply to my tax situation
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Effortless!

What's great about it: Step by step, easy, with a cup of coffee in the other hand! DONE!
What's not so great: Having to go through the sections which Turbo Tax already determined I was not qualified for

Super step helper

Even with special situations like dealing with my Dad's estate this year, turbo tax gave me info I could read to handle it on my own. It saved me lots of money paying someone else and allowed me to do the tax return at the time convenient to me, not during business hours only.
What's great about it: Easy, great helpful explanations

A Chill Pill

Having four children (two four year old Twin Daughters), jobs, and going back to school; at least tax prep is less of a headache with Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax is just how it sounds for me, fast. When I send my Turbo Tax forms through the Internet, e-filing, I know all my I's are dotted and T's crossed! Thank you sooo much.
What's great about it: Less Stress Filing
What's not so great: Only my slow computer!

For Tax Return Very Good

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and have always found it to be easy to follow its Guide. As indicated above under "Cons", when it will not let you file the return with a missing Zip Code for something like a charity, it does not have the ablility to help you find it. It would be a very time saving service to include a Zip Code finder in the program.
What's great about it: Easy Guide Through Process
What's not so great: If a Zip Code is missing and you don't know it, the program does not have a way for you to find it.

So easy, no worries. I felt like TurboTax was looking out for me as it guided me through with its easy to understand explanations of everything. I finished my taxes in a matter of hours without the feelings of dread that maybe I missed something along the way. E-filing is quick and painless. It even gives you any forms that need to be mailed, already filled out and ready to go! I can sleep well while I wait for my refund!
What's great about it: I can work on my returns at my convenience, and feel confident in the results
What's not so great: None

reliable and straightforward

the only bug i found was where it tried to default a checkbox for a real estate sale, but checking the "none apply" box overwrote it. pretty good.
What's great about it: good error checking
What's not so great: the state return (refund) should be able to import the checking account info from the federal side (payment)
