First timer and made it!

I only bought the Turbo Tax because my accountant missed enter a digit, that caused me to be rejected at the University for non-matching federal taxes. I have NO REGRETS this is the best tax process I have ever used. I will never go back to an accountant, and I will suggest to others to do the same. Plus you will be doing taxes from the comfort of your home!
What's great about it: Easy to manage, fast, error check up before submitting, and inexpensive.
What's not so great: I wish, I had used Turbo Tax before

Easy to follow. Easy to move between script and actual IRS forms. Supplemental explanation were accessible and useful.

Program is very easy to use and navigate.
My wife and I have been filling our taxes with Turbo Tax software for at least 10yrs now. My only issue we have, no discount or special offers for loyal customers!

I have been using Turbo Tax now for about 6 years easy to use and has helpful tips and explanations of items. My information transfers from year to year.

An afternoon well spent!

I made a mistake on my Federal Form and it needed to be fixed. It didn't need to be fixed , but rather deleted instead and Turbo wouldn't let me! This was the most frustrating part of my experience!
What's great about it: Easy to follow! Lots of explanations!
What's not so great: Deleting something should be easier then I found it to be!

A note of caution

I efiled my local returns and printed my local return. My employer sent me a late 1099 in February, after I filed my return. I was able to correct my federal return and send an amended return, albeit by mail. Unfortunately, I could not print out anything for the state but an amended return...even though the original was not sent yet. You need to fix the reports so that just because the fed is amended, the state is not, or give an option to not amend the state.
What's great about it: Overall, very logical, plenty of help available
What's not so great: Making a change after you filed fed ret and printed state return is difficult.
