I have used Quicken products for ever and Turbo tax almost as long as Quicken.

I'll use Turbo Tax every year from now on. Did my itemized taxes in minutes instead of hours.
What's great about it: Makes filing taxes simple. Tells me exactly what I need to do.
What's not so great: It's all good.

Easy and cheap

Much better than paying a tax expert hundreds of dollars to input the data into their software that is the same as Turbo Tax.

Allowes individual to quickly and accurately handle tax return and review tax implications at the end of the process. Easy efiling and payment options. would like to have been able to pay state taxes through program just as i had payed federal tax due instead of having to go through other web site.
What's great about it: Ease of use, Ease of importing tax information.

Best, easiest and quickest way to file taxes. Have been a Turbo Tax customer for as long as I can remember. I hate to the tax filing process and Turbo Tax takes the hassle out of it. Thanks !

Using TurboTax, I know we will get the best return possible. It is also user friendly and never lets you get a past a point of no return.
The double check system ensures that I put all information needed to complete my taxes.
I highly recommend TurboTax to all family and friends.
What's great about it: No need to calculate all of my tax information

Awful

easy except that it kept forgetting that I had 0 dependents and kept (4 times) trying to make me fill out a dependent worksheet. I had to refer to 2011 taxes for my state refund but I used turbo tax last year so why didn't it figure it out on its own. That part was really confusing
What's great about it: short
What's not so great: could not locate last years tax documents, I had to pull it out
