For some reason Turbo Tax couldn't find my pdf from last year even though it was right there. I am using a new computer with Win 8, but that has never caused a problem previously. I did finally figure out that I had to brouse for the previous return and all was well then.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to use
What's not so great: didn't find last years files

True assessment of Tax man's worth

Truly a user friendly way of doing your taxes without having to labor intensely or agonizing immensely over the process.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: Can't manipulate IRS regulations.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Simple, Easy and Comprehensive Refund Process

Having been a Turbo Tax user for years, I find the navigation, input and submittal process continually simple in addition to easy to understand and execute. I also like the ease with which I can run different scenarios to yield the best tax position possible. The product is terrific and I will definitely continue to use it as it makes sense for my tax situation.

This program is the easiest program ever! This is for all levels. We usually purchase the business tax version however this year we only bought the deluxe as we no longer have a business.
Either way, we found it just as easy for the business as for the regular return.

Would like a phone number of someone to call right away to get clarification on turbo tax screen question and or tax question
