Have been using Turbo Tax for several years now. Like it so much. Even recommended to my son and daughter-in-law. She loved it! Will now become a user also.
What's great about it: love the ease of use and helpful explanations

First time I tried this after recommendation from my brother. My return is rather simple as I have no children or business expenses etc, so paying an accountant and taking the time to go there seemed like a waste to me. I found this very easy to follow, you could go back and check, do a little at a time. Customer support was available but did not need it. Very pleased. Will use again next year unless I win the lottery and my tax returns will be a little more involved.
What's great about it: much easier then i expected

Have used Turbo Tax for many years now. Product keeps pace with tax laws and is easy to use. I would like to see more consistency from year to year in how the product is presented during the input phase of the operation with fewer changes for cosmedics and more driven by tax law changes. This would make the product more consistent year over year and thus more familiar and easier to use. I would prefer a more consistent look and feel year to year with only those changes driven by tax law changes. Maybe hold the look and feel changes to every 3 or 4 years as necessary. Over all the product is very intuitive and easy to use. Keep up the good work, I would hate to do my taxes without the Turbo Tax product.
What's great about it: Easy to acquire, Federal & 1 State reasonably priced, Easy to use, good guides & information.
What's not so great: Second State is too expensive.
