I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I have always loved the convenience, and will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, can update or upgrade while inputing information.
What's not so great: I haven't seen any.

We trust Turbo Tax, if I enter something by mistake, you will let me know it is out of the ordinary and the consequences of continuing. It has helped us with deductions and made it easier to gather information for the next year. I will continue to use Turbor Tax and suggest it to others.
What's great about it: easy to navigate, very helpful
What's not so great: advertisements/endorsing products

I like the hyper text that explains what the questions refer to. I like the simple language that allows me to understand the filing process. It's the best product for non tax accountants like me!
What's great about it: A call center that answered my questions quickly!!
What's not so great: Looking at past returns....but required

Simplified a daunting process!! Kudos!

Our lives have changed so dramatically these last two years and I had no idea what to expect. I was dreading doing our taxes this year because of that very thing. I put it off for about 3 weeks longer than when I usually get it done. Thank you TurboTax, it was good news, and I'm thrilled with the size of our refund! I've done our taxes with TurboTax for several years now, and you just keep getting better. The process is so streamlined it is not the onerous chore from past years.
What's great about it: Step-by-step, easy to follow, empowering.
What's not so great: I honestly can't think of one 'con'.
