I would love to see an option where you have the ability to view the forms being completed on a split screen as you fill in data using the guided view. Also, some of the answers in your help center could be improved using multiple examples.
What's great about it: Simple, efficient, & accurate.
What's not so great: Switching between guided view and forms view.

I would have given a 4.5 if it was an option. The only thing stopping me from a full 5 was that some of the explanations weren't clear -e.g., I kept clicking on a retirement contribution deduction I thought I could take but it wouldn't open, although I seemed to meet the criteria offered in the explanation. It turned out I didn't meet the criteria, but I had to search the Q&A to find the solution (which seemed contrary to the initial explanation in the pop-up).
What's great about it: Pop-up explanations; easy navigation back and forth

Easy Taxprep

We've used TurboTax for several years now and appreciate the ease that data is transferred from year to year.
What's great about it: Import of previous years info for data and comparison.
What's not so great: Seems like forms are continually needing updates. IRS problem, not Turbotax.

Stress free tax filing year after year

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and it just gets better and better. After your first time use which requires personalization, subsequent years usage gets easier with auto transfer of data, analysis of your tax history, and your choice of step by step guidance or self selection of tax categories that apply to you. Turbo Tax is your best investment to make the tax filing process easy.
What's great about it: So easy to use, a caveman could do it.
What's not so great: Need easier access to "experts"
