What's great about it: IMPORTS NEEDED DATA AND WALKS ME THROUGH THE REST!

What's great about it: love the step by step process. walks through very thoroughly which enables great peace of mind.
What's not so great: continue to work on finding additional credits and deductions

Easy, Consistent, and Accurate Overall

I'm a retired accountant. I don't know how many years I have used TT to prepare my personal and family members' returns -- I probably used it the first year available. I recall it was too simple and flaky for complex returns for the first few years, but it was very superior over hand-written returns! TT has improved every year to the point I'm surprised when continued improvement can or did happen...
I like the improved access to view and edit my evolving return forms -- I use this feature to verify my entries during the preparation process are correct -- and I can now(not before?) easily correct questionable entries when I edit the form.
I don't recall any surveys like this in recent years -- I think it's a significant feature, with or without the cash card "bribe" (OK, I admit I hope to win a card)
What's great about it: Familiar and easy to follow organization and screens each year, + better access to (editable) Tax Return Forms
What's not so great: Pop-up explanations/examples not detailed enough - Questions for some users may remain unanswered.

Incredibly Easy!

Turbo Tax is easy for everyone. I would recommend it to anyone who will take the time to gather their records and enter them in the program.
What's great about it: I love how the program takes you step by step

Turbotax always works

Turbotax works great, its easy, fast and accurate, I get a sizable refund and the IRS never has any complaints. That is a perfect tax filing experience. And the price is great.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, accurate
What's not so great: none

Overall, the program is relatively easy, although, as I explained in the cons section, if I did have a questions sometime the explanation was not helpful, but was rather confusing.
What's great about it: Like the way the program goes step-by-step and asks questions. Fairly easy to use.
What's not so great: When I did not understand the questions asked, sometimes the explanation was confusing and did not help very much.
