User friendly

I have been a Turbo Tax user for over 10 years. Biggest advantages for me include user friendliness and computation of the worksheets. E-filing is great also! Thank you.
What's great about it: User friendly, does the worksheets.
What's not so great: None!

I have been using Turbo Tax since it first came out. I hope never to pay someone to prepare my taxes again!
What's great about it: asked all the questions so that I could understand
What's not so great: Some of the investment and dividend questions a little complicated

I enjoy how easy my taxes have become and remember the paper days and the long hours preparing and then wondering if I completed correctly. No more worries!

Had questiond with a 1099-r which involved inheriting money. Was confused, got online chat, was detailed so person called me and walked me through the process. I could not have been happier because I didn't know how to answe several questions. Now m return is 100% accurate.

I've been using TurboTax for SUCCESSFULLY for years and highly recommend it. I have yet to find an error in my return.
