If the using Turbo Tax is good enough for Former US secretary of the Treasury Tim Geithner, it's good enough for me to use.

Easier than easy,,,

Everything worked. I just entered the data as requested and I am DONE. Every possible deduction, straight forward presentation, and any questions answered in a few keystrokes. What could be simpler? BOOYAH,,I'm DONE!
What's great about it: Everything works like it's supposed to! One pass and I'm done!
What's not so great: Nothing.

My husband and I have used Turbo Tax for the last few years...It is convenient, fast and efficient... After filling out the forms for the very first time, the information is stored and can be transferred to your next year's tax statements. LOVE IT!

Got a refund. I didn't expect it this year

Overall I had no problem filing both my state and federal taxes this year. It was quite easy.
What's great about it: Software was easy to follow
What's not so great: Would like to see medical deductions all in a section by themselves.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been a loyal customer of Turbo Tax and its predecessor packages since 1991
What's great about it: Automatic uploads of W-2 forms, automatic transfer of all data from last year, tells you exactly where to get other info
What's not so great: My tax profile is very simple; I haven't tested the complex scenarios yet

great as always but this year and last year the state download is a little confusing to acquire i never know what button to push or how to start it when i get to that point it always seems i stumble across the right way to get it. Love this software though.
What's great about it: fast simple great to use
What's not so great: have a little trouble downloading state info

Great as Usual

Meet all expectations very well. But the performance was very sluggish 65-70% of the time. There were a couple of times I thought the program had frozen. No other real complaints...very pleased overall. Well worth the cost.
What's great about it: Easy, Detailed and kind of fun.
What's not so great: Sluggish in overall performance
