Turbo tax is simply put, awesome! I can't imagine trying to do my taxes the old-fashioned way. I love the convenience, the step-by-step easy guides, the review for accuracy and the efficiency of e-filing. I recommend Turbo tax to anyone and everyone!
What's great about it: convenience, easy to use, accurate
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Pretty Painless

Walked me through pretty easily and it helped that I'd filed with this before. It would have taken much longer if it had been the 1st year going through all the questions. I understand doing this though in hopes of maximizing the refund and submitting an accurate return.
What's great about it: It walked me through it
What's not so great: Difficulty with terminology/meaning of estimated state tax vs state tax I had paid

Fast if you've done it before because it loads all your previous years tax data on file. The 1st time takes time but it walks you through thoroughly so your return is accurate.
