I have used TurboTax to file my tax returns for over ten years. I am very satisfied with this software. It has saved me a lot of time and effort.

Turbo Tax is always easy to use and quick to complete. I like the convenience of electronic submissions and refunds too.

easy breezy

for new parents of 1st child and 1st time homebuyer everything was simple and walked through with no issues.
What's great about it: fast, reliable
What's not so great: a few confusing verbage on things i didn't end up having to fill out, but took me a while to figure it out.

Great way to get the taxes done!
What's great about it: It is easy to use and well explained, got it done much faster than I expected.

It is good tool and I use for the last 4 years. I would like Turbo tax enhance their software by including other explanation to other forms beside what is standard such as 1099-PATR for non farmers
What's great about it: state step by step got me more money, a missing entry was detected
What's not so great: Turbo tax should translate all entries to figure state credits

Very thorough and complete

Some of the information collected in forms view is not covered in easy step. Example, K-1 changes in partner's capital account. Switching between the two views seems buggy. In going through a completed section using easy step, when a section is done it returns to the top of the summary screen rather than to the end of section just completed or the beginning of the next one.
What's great about it: Easy to follow the logic of computations...
What's not so great: ... in almost all situations
