Taxes Made Easy

Turbo Tax is a tremendous help with an overwhelming and intimidating report that the IRS requires. The step by step guidance made the job much easier. I liked being able to work on entering information at my convenience because it saves info as I go.
What's great about it: Step by step guidance
What's not so great: Needs more info on vehicle loss due to an accident.

Count On It!

As always, TurboTax delivers. Tried another product last year and will never do it again. Not only has this product proven once again to be the fastest, easiest way to complete and file my taxes, but I know with TurboTax that my calculations are correct and that my information is safe and secure. I would recommend it to anybody and never use anything else again.
What's great about it: Quick and easy tax preparation.

Tax preparation was fairly easy. Additional info and hints for every item made it easier to understand/clarify the various types of documents needed.
It would have been easier to have a list of documents ready for the tax preparation, especially for those who need time to get them together.
It would have been nice to have instructions on how to import previous year TurboTax data from portable hard drive or CD for those who are not tech savy.
I would highly recommend Turbo Tax to all my friends.

Reliable as Always!

Excellent product, I feel like it covers everything, just like a real tax accountant would if I was sitting there in front of him/her. I love the data import (from year to year) - saves a lot of time.
What's great about it: Instant reflection of work done to refund amount
What's not so great: None!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy

Using turbo tax is the only way for an individual preparer to file!! Turbo tax takes all the complexities of the tax laws/ forms and simplifies the process in their step by step interview.
The only confusion I had was with the e-filing pin-- would be so much clearer if you just stated up front that you need a new pin each year. Other than that, I found the software to be straight forward and easy to use.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, e-file of federal and state is fast
What's not so great: e-filing pin info could be clearer

Generally good program

I've used Turbo Tax since you bought out Parson's tax program and did away with it and still haven't quite gotten over that but I find the program quite adequate; much better than TaxCut. I do most of my work directly in "forms" and find that it goes quite easily and I can go back into the interview at will to check things and do the sanity checks.
What's great about it: I'm used to it so it generally does the job quite well.
What's not so great: navigating around for various printouts can be confusing
