No State attached with Deluxe

The Federal part went very well. I purchased teh Deluxe and when finished with Federal you tried to charge me for the State Tax portion(VA)? What do I need to do to get my state side complete?
What's great about it: Federal went well
What's not so great: State of VA could not get, tried to double charge Deluxe

I have used Turbo Tax now for years. Always get my returns no problem. Always get max amounts.

Great software. Used TurboTax for last three years. Prior to that, I went to H&R Block who charged my 4 times the price and used the same/similar software to complete my return.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, great to work with
What's not so great: Wish you could see a visual copy of the return
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Resourceful for understanding

Having the chance to file myself allowed to see that next year I need to gather information that can be considered deductions.
What's great about it: I was able to file my taxes without paying an outstanding fee f.. I had made the opportunity to go back and mak correct
What's not so great: Was alot of information to understand in simple terms.
