Less Stress

I've been using Turbo Tax for years now and it has helped me to file my taxes with less stress. I feel confident that I am not missing something important. I like the "It's Deductible" feature which helps to ensure I am getting the correct credit for my donations.
What's great about it: Walks me through the entire process so I don't miss anything.

Great program!

I loved using Turbo Tax this year for our taxes. The program is simple and easy to use, and walks you through everything. It is much more affordable than taking your taxes to someone to complete.
I did run across an issue with a worksheet not allowing me to edit any information, but my support tech Monique was great and helped me solve the issue promptly!
What's great about it: The process was very simple, and when I ran across a problem the support tech, Monique, was very helpful.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

scared but no worries

I received substantial funds this year from family estate, and was very tentative to use TURBO this year (although it has never failed me in the past) and was happy that Turbo walked me through the entire process and I'm confident it is correct.
What's great about it: K1 info was a lifesaver . . inherited capital gains from relative and had no idea what to do
What's not so great: NONE . . except for my McAfee didn't want to download

I found this software to be extremely helpful and easy to use. It was better than the H&R Block I used last year.

Anxiety nonexistant

This was the simplest year of completing our taxes. First, being able to pull from our taxes filed last year automatically was fantastic. Moving through the information was logical and easy enough. The "what's this" boxes were very helpful as well.
What's great about it: Very simple to use
What's not so great: Some of the titles of deductions and taxes was confusing, but upon reading the "what's this" it was clarified.

From start to finish; a very easy process of inputting all documentation. Having prior year return "shell information" allowed one to make sure "all documents" should be available before starting the return. If there was a missing document, then I was able to quickly retrieve e-copies of the missing document from the internet. Not having the "shell information", would not allow one to remember that a "possible prior year document" was missing. Turbo Tax was very thorough and it's final checking/review process gave me confidence that I had entered all tax information correctly.

So easy to use!

It was relatively easy to do! TurboTax asks all the essential questions needed to complete your taxes. Each step is covered, just fill in the needed information and you can be confident that all required information are provided to IRS.
What's great about it: Can't miss anything! :-)
What's not so great: Stress of doing taxes.
