I have used TurboTax for years and I love it. It is thorough, very user friendly, and so easy to use. It makes sure that I don't miss anything and that is so important.
What's great about it: Very easy and accurate.

My big tax year.

I've been using Turbo Tax for may years. I really like the way they can carry forward my information form last year. The pdf copies can be saved to a DVD and kept in a safe place.
What's great about it: Detailed and very easy to use on a complicated return
What's not so great: Had to pay extra to e-file with my state. Bummer.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax reminded me that making a 6k contribution would be a taxable event because all I had was retirement funds, totally did not connect the issue

Was hard to go back to the dividends section didn't take me back like some of the other sections. Seemed like it was a round about way. Maybe just confusing to me though.
What's great about it: Liked how it took you through your taxes step by step
What's not so great: Going back in one section was tricky

I have used Turbo Tax for MANY years...in fact it was the second year Mac-In-Tax was on the market was my first experience with tax software. Sure is better that trying read forms and booklets!

Great Product

We've been using turbo tax for over 10 years and will continue to use it in the future. It is very easy to use and allows us to do our taxes on our own time. We can begin and work at our own pace. We don't have to set up an appointment to meet with someone to prepare our taxes for us. We have been very pleased with the product.
What's great about it: Easy, step by step directions
