Fix the prnt problem!! Now I have no file to see if I were to be audited!!!
What's great about it: thr are none with the rturn iself bt it WILL NOT allow m t copy my return wthout being put in PDF fle wich would not let
What's not so great: could't printmy return. Better hop I don't get audited.

VERY EASY TO FILE

I CHOSE THE DELUXE EDITION, SINCE THAT SUITED OUR FAMILY THE BEST. IT WAS VERY THOROUGH AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND/COMPLETE

Patch required ASAP

We have used TurboTax for years and never had a problem. This year, you clearly have bugs with the state forms (look at your questions in the community-- you have hundreds of reports on this). The system took me to the state page and then asked me to download the form. Once the form was downloaded and I clicked 'Start', the system just took me back to the same place, over and over again. Awful user experience. Finally had to uninstall/reinstall the software. Total inconvenience. Very frustrating and wasted at at least an hour of my time. Please fix this ASAP.
What's great about it: Easy to use... unless there is a bug
What's not so great: Buggy software

Quick and Easy

It was quick and easy and it seemed the interface was simpler and less confusing this year. I always like the immediate update on the amount I need to pay/get for refund as I go through the program. I also like that there wasn't any annoying audio/visual interludes I've seen on some versions of tax preparation software.
What's great about it: Quick with a simplified interface
What's not so great: It should auto save more often, especially after long data entries
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2012 Turbo Tax

I did not think the SW did as good as last year. Some things I had to go back and run again. I am not happy with it this year and will change to a different product next year.

First time user of Turbo Tax

It is my first time using Turbo Tax and I have to say that am not sure why I did not used them before. I used to go to my accountant or have my children use HR and Block. This year a friend recommended Turbo and I said let me give them a try. I was very impress with how easy it was to use and how it took me one step to the other one...with ease. I did my son's, my sister's and mine. I am going to see who else wants theirs done...lol

2013 Turbo Tax

Great program. I've used it every year for the last 10 or more years. This year, I had problems with STATE filing. The program kept updating when I clicked on 'start return'. Finally, I decided to save my federal and reboot my computer and it worked. NEVER had that problem before. Apart from that problem, I'd still use Turbo Tax, unless I get this problem again, then it bye to Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Love the way it guides me through and prompts when actions are not normal
What's not so great: I had problems filing my State Tax.. the program kept looking for updates instead of starting my State
