SUCCESS FOR ANOTHER YEAR!

It is so easy and almost effortless to file each year, once you have used TurboTax. I love the way I am questioned as I go along, ensuring I do not forget to include something.
What's great about it: It is soooo easy to do my taxes with TurboTax. Previous year's data is already input, I just need to update for new yr.

Thanks to turbo tax, I am getting a refund from federal and state. Happy vacation for me.
What's great about it: It walked me thru, plus imported some of my information saving me time

Show Me Da MONEY

I have been using Turbo Tax for a while now. I like the way it transports my information from the previous year. I also like getting informed when the return is accepted.
This software is easy to use and makes filing your tax return easy. The thing I dont like is that som of the explanations are not clear. The other thing is that sometimes when I went back I made a mistake and went all the way out of the program. When I opened the program up I had to start all over again. If you can have a save and continue button from time to time it would be very helpful to those of us that are not so computer savy. I will continue to use Turbo Tax because I know that you will improve it every year.

Owed taxed this time-filing easier than paying

before tt tries to see if you can use your savings bond income tax free for eduction, and spending an hour looking for the bond info, all tt had to do was tell me I made to much to qualify and could have saved me the hour.
state tax form not too helpful, but via chat got connected to great cpa who helpedme finish.

What's not so great: requires a lot of info to determine if savings bond income is tax free if used for college, before qualifying your incom

Every year my tax situation increases in complexity. Luckily, every year Turbo Tax continues to make it easy.
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use.
What's not so great: Didn't handle all my state forms

I have large medical expenses and I volunteer my time to several Non-Profit Organizations.
The program is helpful in finding all my information.
What's great about it: Simple to use and finds all deductions
What's not so great: Still the Government IRS

Fast and easy!

I keep all my potential tax related information in a box throughout the year. The walk-thru on itemizing vs the standard deduction is very helpful. I have used TurboTax for the last 10 years.
What's great about it: Being able to complete, review and submit my federal and state returns in on esitting and from my home keeps me loyal
What's not so great: Downloader hung up for a b it on one computer and was fine when I moved to a different computer
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
