had to restart TurboTax return to get out of the state looping problem. But I appreciated the online suggestion of what to try first - and it worked.
What's not so great: got caught up in an never-ending loop with state return

Easy as pie!!

It's cheaper than paying someone to do your taxes and you get the experience of filing your own taxes! Most importantly, TurboTax walks you through the process and makes it easy for a regular person to file their own taxes. In addition, they maximize your deductions!! You just can't beat it!!
What's great about it: It's like they take you by the hand and walk you through the process!!

Colorado state taxes don't work

Have wasted more than an hour trying to get my Colorado State taxes to work. I bought Turbo Tax Deluxe and from what I read on your web site, lots of people are having the same problem. This is EXTREMELY annoying.
What's not so great: Bought Turbo Tax Delux and can't get state to work

I like the fact that, if I enter all my information correctly, I am assured that the software will complete all the calculations correctly and place all the results on the proper lines of the 1040. I am also reassured that TTax double checks any answers that I provide when it seems there may be a question of accuracy.
What's great about it: It is very useful that TTax picks up the information from my previous returns so that I don't have to enter it all again
What's not so great: Can't think of anything.

Only complaint is update download needed to e-file hung on the first couple attempts - finally worked hours later.
What's great about it: Trusted proven app
What's not so great: Not intuitive how to skip state & local to e-file IRS only
