Very User Friendly

I love how easy it is to use Turbo Tax. It saves last year's tax information and then imports it to the current year so all your information is right there. You only have to document changes from the prior year. Love the step-by-step prompts. I love being able to be in charge and do my own taxes.

Should be able to print screen

There are manny screens that can not be printed. I think I should be able to print any screen that is displayed.
What's not so great: Should be able to print screen not just finished formes.

I've used Turbo Tax before but this year I have a couple of new situations that I was unsure of. I was considering going to an accountant even after I bought Turbo Tax, that's how unsure I was. I'm glad I decided to try it first! It asked me all the questions and guided me through the situations that were new to me. Even though I thought my situation was complicated this year, Turbo Tax made it so simple and fast.

Easy as Pie!

I have used TurboTax since it first started, it has always been a huge help for the best refunds, it has beaten out your competitors, and I have gotten many people to switch to TurboTax.
What's great about it: Many great deductions that TurboTax went through! And a nice search line that found hard to find forms
What's not so great: Nothing bad to say, it gets better every year!
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

since TurboTax knows my direct deposit info from last year's return, it would be more convenient to automatically display this info when I set up refund direct deposit for this year.
