Gets the Job Done

I appreciate the ease of using the program. I do not appreciate the pop ups that try to get me to upgrade or buy some other product (doing my taxes is stressful enough as it is...). Have been using Turbo Tax for years and appreciate that it fills in prior year's information for me and that it leads me step-by-step through the process so that I don't forget anything. Very convenient. Thank you for such a practical product.
What's great about it: Very comprehensive and easy to use
What's not so great: Keeps trying to get you to upgrade and/or sell you something during the process

I've been using Turbotax for years. Even with my simple itemized form it makes sure that I don't miss any details.
What's great about it: Like the walk through and help boxes
What's not so great: No save to disk??

Amazed with the guidance

I have been using Turbotax for the past 8 years. I have learnt a lot but will still depend on Turbotax for futre years. This way of preparation ensures that I do not miss even a simple benefit. And I love it when it says 'Great' every time the refund meter goes higher. Yes, Turbotax is my dependable tax preparer for the rest of my life.
What's great about it: Superb Experience
What's not so great: Does not forgive even simple errors

We've used TurboTax for several years now, and will continue to do so.
So far, we've not been audited; I hope that is due in part to the accuracy and thoroughness of TurboTax.
What's great about it: Walks you through all the entries
What's not so great: Some sources of derived figures hard to find.

Never Been Easier

I have used TurboTax since 1997. It has gotten better and easier, with more detailed and clear directions, instructions and questions. When it first came out, I incorporated "It's Deductible" into my tax computation process. Not only does it make my tax preparation even more efficient, but it saves me hundreds of dollars. I recommend TurboTax to everyone. I am a huge fan.
What's great about it: Straight forward, easy to follow questions, and excellent support
What's not so great: When I use it it means it is tax time

It seems to cost more money every year but worth it.
What's great about it: It's great for working through basic tax steps.
What's not so great: I don't know how to calculate some deductions for vehicle expenses and it seemed too daunting to follow the questions.
