My computer crashed and lost last years turbo tax files. Repopulating is cumbersome. Turbo tax should prompt to save in a back up location to assure access to prior year information. There should also be a way to save all or parts of the return to your turbo tax account.
What's great about it: easy guide is effortless
What's not so great: difficult when you can't populate from prior year

Clear and complete

Having used Turbo Tax for quite a few years, it is familiar and easy. Once I tried a competitor's product, and was very dissatisfied. My only complaint is the need to respond to lots of screens that don't apply to us, but I do understand the need to be thorough.
What's great about it: clear directions, uploading from prior years easy
What's not so great: having to go through options that don't apply to us
