Most tax info in one place -could stil be improved

Filing as a married couple would be much better if ALL of each person's info could be entered in one file BEFORE deciding if they should file jointly or seperately. This would also help calculate community property in states that require it for filing seperately. THe program could file the two sets of taxes from the same file if the couple chose to file seperately.
In louisiana there's a long list of tax credits that are provided in a drop down list by name and number only. Some of them have a number simply named "other." This could be greatly improved by including descriptions of those discounts and credits, and instructions for how to calculate what number to enter if claiming the credit.
Neither issue will stop me from using this every year I file - its a wonderful product that simplifies complicated paperwork.
What's great about it: Explains everything about tax preparation, prepares and e-files federal taxes and finds all discounts easily
What's not so great: In louisiana state tax credits need more detail, and married couples tax prep could be better

I first used H&R block program and I wasn't getting the same refund by using Turbo Tax. I'll be using Turbo Tax in the future.

I am SO glad that I used Turbo Tax this tax year....processed both taxes right from comforts of my home in ONE setting: easy, fast, even a junior high student can use this software!!! Not worried about going to tax services, standing in lines, excessive fees...SWEATING!

TurboTax just keeps getting better each and every year! The reminders and the constant reviewing is wonderful! It is easier to get around with every year! It is great that it gets farther and farther away from the clunky 1040 form - it is just a discussion of your life... I will keep going every year!

PROGRAM WORKS GREAT I HAVE ATTENDED CLASSES OVER THE YEARS SO I CAN DO MY OWN TAXES THIS PROGRAM WORKS WELL I HAVE PURCHASED IT FOR THE PAST 12 YEARS.
