Overall great except for one problem

I've been using TurboTax for 4 years now without any problems. This year I had to claim some mileage for military drills. Turned out to be quite a pain, but support got it sorted for me.
What's great about it: Very easy to setup and use
What's not so great: Could use some more explanations in some areas.

TurboTax Works 4 Me!

I have used TurboTax for years and have always felt that it did a great job in helping me to maximize my deductions and refund. One year, I tried their leading competitor (it was on sale). I found it more confusing and got a smaller refund that year. I returned to TurboTax the following year and have been a faithful fan ever since!
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step directions
What's not so great: wish state filing was free

I love Turbotax! I've used Turbotax for the past 6 years and I have never had any problems. Turbotax gives you step- by-step instructions to help minimize human error on your tax return. I also like how Turbotax gives you last year's values to check your current entries against and identify any possible errors. When you have completed all your entries, Turbotax checks for any possible errors and gives you the audit risk. All of these features give me a sense of security when filing my returns.
What's great about it: importing last years refund info and importing from financial institution
What's not so great: some fields were left blank on form and had to do some research to figure out how to correct it

Works Good

The software quickly and correctly carried information forward from last year's returns. I was able to move smoothly through the various aspects of entering information (income, deductions, etc.). The forms needed wee selected and completed correctly. Electronic and paper filing process worked well. Overall, a good, easy to use way to file taxes.
What's great about it: Comprehensive feature set, Easy to follow guides, Good tools
What's not so great: Does not always restart at the point where you quit

Let Turbo Tax decifer the tax laws

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. It is the only way to go if you have education expenses. With different deductions or credits and rules it is too complicated to do on my own. It just ask you questions, you input your information, and then it selects the deduction or credit that will save you the most money. Doing taxes is never fun but Turbo Tax will get you through the process pretty painlessly.
What's great about it: So easy to use.
What's not so great: When going back to filing page you have to go through several pages first.

I've used Turbo Tax for the past three years, I looked at a few other programs, but this one is easy and clear. I don't want to have to guess.
