Less Stress!!

With a step-by-step system, I don't get overwhelmed when doing my taxes which keeps my stress about doing them in check!
What's great about it: quick, easy, and step-by-step

Turbo Tax is a powerful tool for those of us who don't have time to consult tax prep manuals It's.user friendly, breaks down the process into easy step by step guided questions and prompts you to correct mistakes
What's great about it: user friendly breaks down the process into easy step by step guided questions
What's not so great: final payment instructions were unclear . Printed a voucher but also took information for automatic debit

Difficult to get to where I want to be

If I know what I want to do, other than using the form, its difficult toget to your assisted entry. Your default entry is for the novice user.
My state address is Nevada. All my W-2s are from Nevada, why keep asking to file state taxes? There are other questions, that once asked don't need to be asked again. Save them for the final check.
What's great about it: Checks for errors
What's not so great: If I know what I want to do, other than using the form, its difficult

Maximized my refund

I compared Turbo tax to another software program and I got more of a refund back with Turbo tax. I am not sure why, but am happy about that.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Just that I have to do this every year!!

I have been using Turbotax for 7 years and I love it. I has helped me achieve the most money back or pay the least. We are so grateful to have a system out there for us because we lack the accounting knowledge to maximize our refund. Thank you for providing such a great system.
What's great about it: User friendly, easy and effective tax software
What's not so great: Had to immediately do an update to enter school information.

I love this program, it is so easy and walks you through everything and anything applicable to make sure you get all the applicable deductions possible!
What's great about it: Exporting your W-2 info!
