So easy and so nicely laid out and explained. My first time using it and I had just bought a house and had lots of deductions but it explained it so nicely! Thank you. Using my refund for a beautiful patio.
What's great about it: So easy to follow and the explanations were practical and concise
What's not so great: That I didn't do this sooner!!!!!

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years and wouldn't trust them to anyone else. Great program. Easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and use.
What's not so great: Having to File.

Turbo Tax Takes the Terror Out of Doing Taxes!

I used to be too intimidated to do my taxes by myself. Turbo Tax has changed my whole attitude toward filing. Turbo Tax walks you through every step of the way with detailed, informative tips. I would not do my taxes any other way. Turbo Tax eliminates the anxiety factor from doing taxes!
What's great about it: Easy to download and fill-out. Helpful tips all along the way!
What's not so great: No cons!

Turbo Tax Makes It Simple

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 7 years or so. Our financial situation isn't too complicated, so it is relatively easy to walk through the return with the guided questions. Some of the tax rules - especially differences between federal and state rules and terms - can be confusing. The helpful links to check definitions and detailed explanations, or get additional help, always seem to be right where I need them. And the review feature to check for errors and calculate your audit risk helps to alleviate my worries.
What's great about it: I like to be guided through the return, and there are lots of areas to click and access definitions and explanations
What's not so great: Some of the language is still a little confusing if you are not a tax professional
