Easy to Follow

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. It asks easy to understand questions and guides the user through all possible deductions, so if you forget a document, it will remind you to get it. Make sure you always say yes to the update question.
What's great about it: Took me through all possible deductions so I didn't miss any
What's not so great: Needed an update to correct an error in my return

A bad day made easy

Have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and it seems to get easier each year. My CPA daughter used to prepare my taxes (Using Turbo Tax), however; she moved to another state.
What's great about it: Complete package easy to use. Low cost.

Easy as can be

This was so fast and easy. With using Trubo Tax last year, I didn't have to enter anything from my W-2. It was fun, and I enjoyed doing my taxes.

Reasonably Easy Process

On the whole, it was a relatively painless process, with only minor scattered moments of frustration.
What's great about it: Handled all normal situations very easily
What's not so great: Got lost in estimated Michigan underpayment section.

Step by step preparation. If you arrange your paperwork in the order the software takes you through the IRS forms, it helps with the whole process,

Loved the Financial Import Feature

I've used the software for the last four years, previously i did everything by hand (over 40 yrs worth). I really love the 1099 import functionality, as it grabs and allocates all the financial information into the correct spots and all i have to do is wait and verify.
What's great about it: Easiest way to load 1099 information from multiple sources

Turbo Tax has changed for the better each year since I began using it approx 7 years ago. A few places are still a little confusing but those are deminishing each year. I would like to see the ability to print a page any time I would like to, mostly not a form which you can do. As example - Let's Review your numbers, what you fill in as 2013 figures (having this you can monitor during the year to see if you need to do an estimated payment), Your bottom line, 2011 & 2012 comparison of deduction & credits etc. The addition to print a form you need to send in with the return early in the e-file process is definately a plus
What's great about it: Each yr changes are improvements
What's not so great: 1)Filing of return to ck/print what you are sending needs to be earlier & 2) s/b able to print individual pgs as you go
