have used TTax for about 15 years and have been very happy with the quality of the program. It takes you though step by step and I have more confidence in it than with paid preparers.

2012 Turbo Tax

Have used Turbo Tax for many years and like the convenience and ease of use. Especially like the added ability to save returns in pdf format. The partner return information was a bit confusing and took a second read through to properly input information.
What's great about it: Easy to install and quickly navigate through tax return
What's not so great: Partner Return information is a bit confusing

User Friendly

I have used TurboTax for at least 8 years. I love the product and will continue to use it. It is user friendly and easy to understand. The step by step instructions make sure I don't miss a deduction and include all items needed to file my tax return accurately. I have even helped friends find deductions they missed on past returns!!! Thank you Intuit for an awesome product!!!!

What's not so great: Doesn't ask up front if you want to file State or not

I've been doing my own taxes since 2004. Couldn't be easier. I taught my sisters and they've been saving money on their filing.

Reasonably price, looks for every deduction possible. Compares all options. Gives me a chance to review as often as needed. Gives me confidence at a low cost.
What's great about it: Very easy to understand and use
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
