Fast & Easy

I think that if you are printing,it should be set to "DRAFT" Normal printing took up too much ink and was very slow. I also didn't like that the 1040 page was printed in color. Printing was confusing, yu should just have "preview" and a seperate tab for printing, and should also be able to select the quality of the pring and if you want colored pages.
What's great about it: Liked that you could skip sections and just go to the relevant sections

I cannot imagine an easier way to complete and file tax returns.
What's great about it: Simple explanations and easy to follow.
What's not so great: Really cant think of any.

2012 Program

Overall I like the program - easy to follow the interview and moves pretty fast. My biggest problem is the fact that I have found no way to get directly to an item I'd like to change or edit (e.g. business items, vehicle items, etc.#. I also have problems with allocation of some business items #i.e. vehicle property taxes) and cannot find clear explanations in the help section to navigate me through this.
What's great about it: Easy to input, fast
What's not so great: No easy way to navigate directly to an interview spot

I had a few questions but didn't find online help also, having to scroll down to the bottom of the page from the main page to click into the next section. It would be nice if the "continue" or other buttons that allow you to move onto the next section was at the top of the page.
What's great about it: It was quick
What's not so great: Couldn't easily identify an online help button

We have used turbo tax for several years and it is well worth the cost.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax guides you through the process with ease
What's not so great: When you have unearned income, turbo tax gives a refund amount that changes during the edit for error.
